You can type the translations and it saves automatically, and each line has it's own wave recording that when you press Export, it links a copy of them together as 1 or more files named complete_X.wav (To tweak in Movie Maker by Microsoft if necessary) May 11 2010 Update:Now, if you supply the subtitles.sub file, it will edit your soundtrack automatically!
Yes, it will match the audio with the video! Coaching update.
The end result is that you make a video that is voice translated. The subtitles it spits out you time with Manual Video Subtitler, by Christophe Paris.
