Random Access File Maker

Liberty BASIC is an excellent programming language and plus it is very easy to use. use and understand. Liberty BASIC uses random access files and I have a fairly simple to BASIC, like most other versions of BASIC, can use program that will allow you to create and use random access file in LB.
